Very welcoming, but professional. I had a mani and pedi done, just regular polish. Had a few events that evening & next day I wanted my nails done for. Plus a wedding 3 days later, I mentioned aware the polish will probably need redoing as I tend to chip my nails. Well, my mani not only lasted perfectly for the wedding, but only started to chip 5 days later! Amazing with regular polish. So she did great work, quality products. And her pedicures do not overbuff your calluses. I have had pedis at other salons and my feet were tender afterwards.

My experience with Bree was so amazing! Since moving to Ottawa in January I hadn’t been able to find a stylist who I could trust. I am very picky about my hair and Bree killed it! I am so happy with the result. The salon was beautiful and clean!

It was my first time at this salon as I live in the east end of Ottawa and stubbled across this salon by chance. The staff were nothing short of excellent and were very professional. The attention to detail was fantastic, the women would not let anything short of perfect pass. I had received a mani/pedi as well as a waxing service during my visit and the level of skill exuded by each technician was remarkable. I will absolutely be making the trip across the city to visit this salon from now on, this was the first time in ages I had been in awe at my nails!

Amazing service done by Flower! The manicure and pedicure were done perfectly with great attention to detail, and the hand and foot massage was so relaxing. Super clean, professional, and truly caring about their work. My nails look beautiful—I’ll definitely be back!

I booked my colour, lowlights and cut on a whim with Natasha after seeing her hair portfolio, and she did an AMAZING job! I am very picky, as I have unruly, coarse, curly, flat brown and graying, 53YO hair. She listened to what I was hoping for, and delivered exactly that. The colour, specifically, was possibly the best colour I have had in a looooooong time. The salon was bright, clean, aesthetic and delightful, despite its modest exterior and off-the-beaten-path location in Kanata. I live in Hintonburg, but will keep driving to Kanata to this salon.

I have neverrrr had a shellac manicure last this long without peeling/chipping. The polish is only now (17 days later) starting to crack (but only just a little) and my nails are still super shiny. If it wasn't for how quickly my nails grow, I would probably have another week before needing to make any touch ups. Thank you Daphney for the great mani!!

This was my first visit to Fika Beauty in Kanata and I highly recommend them! The staff I had the opportunity to interact with were all amazing! The vibe is welcoming and relaxed! I don’t trust anyone with my hair and I did research on “best salons in Kanata” and drove an hour and a half to this salon. Makayla did NOT disappoint! I went from waist length locks to shoulder length and I am so extremely happy with my cut. She talked me through and offered suggestions while also listening to what I was going for. I will 100% recommend her and this salon to my friends, the vibes and space are stunning. Thank you Fika for making my hair dreams come to life!
