Tiana provided exceptional service today for my BIAB manicure and gel pedicure. Miss Jay's is expensive compared to the cheap and cheerful places, but the service and outcome you get here is absolutely worth the money.

Great service and result, particularly fingernails. Gel could have been applied better to the toes-nails (some spots have been missed) but otherwise a great experience.

This was my first time at Luxie and getting BIAB. The girls were super lovely and regularly checked in to see if I was happy with the manicure. They had a brand new set of tools to use on my nails and the salon was very clean. There are even little phone stands on the table for you to pop your phone which is a nice touch. Will definitely be back! 😊

Amazing experience! Visiting from Brisbane, looking for a pamper experience for my sister's birthday in Melbourne and Toni was incredible with making it exactly what I was looking for! When I started coming to Miss Jay’s about a year ago, my nails were damaged, brittle and not at all healthy. Nat and the team have looked after me since. Today, I got a fresh hard gel manicure and not only did Nat do an amazing job (as always!), but my natural nails underneath are stronger and longer than they’ve ever been, and we didn’t even need to do extensions on them. A big thank you to Nat and the team for always looking after me, making the Footscray and Thornbury spaces so welcoming and comfortable, for saving my nails, and for giving me the perfect nails every time!

Highly recommend Lyn for beautiful eyelash extensions. Lyn has been doing my lashes for a couple of years now since I moved from the UK. I had some previous bad experiences at other salons which made me anxious about trying to find a new regular technician in Melbourne but I hit gold with Lyn. Perfect lashes every time.

John was absolutely amazing! Honestly one of the best manicures I've ever had at Code Rose. He helped me pick the EXACT colour I wanted (he knows the product so well), he was super friendly and absolutely nailed the shape. What a legend!
