SOPHIE IS AMAZING. Like her skill and attention to detail is incredible. She helped me pick the best nail design and colour for my xmas party. She is fantastic. I will be back everytime I'm in Ottawa.

Nikki did a fabulous dip powder manicure on my very short, natural nails. She was patient, thorough, and detailed. Amazing cuticle care and nice, even polish. Also, she did not comment on the length of my nails nor did she encourage extensions, which I very much appreciated. We did not chitchat and the salon was calm, making for a relaxing experience. I will definitely book Nikki again.

Felipe is super friendly and incredibly talented. The gel extensions are incredibly strong and durable and both times i’ve visited they have been impeccably shaped and smooth. He’s very detailed oriented and ensures you are on the same page for what you want them to look like verifying you like the colour and are completely happy with them before leaving. I highly recommend La Crystal and have been sharing this great experience with friends and colleagues.

Omg! The best salon in ottawa. I went in and they were so nice and so friendly. Cloe was very patient and focussed a lot on details. I loved my nails and this was the first time I went in and I would come back for sure!

Megan was an absolute dream! The level of hospitality was impeccable. The precision and attention to detail she provided with these nails was unmatched. I've tried a handful of nail salons in Ottawa and I can confidently say that La Crystal Studio and specifically Megan is the best! Other nail techs at the studio such as Ghazal was an absolute dream to be taken care of as well. With optimal service from Megan, and the comforting atmosphere herself and Ghazal provided, I will definitely be back and would highly recommend the both of them!

Felipe is amazing! I had one of the best nail experiences ever with Felipe at La Crystal in Ottawa. From the moment I arrived, he was attentive, respectful, and incredibly detail-oriented. I originally asked for square nails with a rounded tip, but after seeing them I changed my mind and asked for a more rounded shape—and he adjusted them with total professionalism and no hesitation at all. The final result? Absolutely flawless. He removed my previous polish with such care, using tiny tweezers to remove even the smallest threads at the nail base—things most people wouldn’t bother with.
