Had a fabulous experience at the Beauty Fairy. Finally got to use my Mothers day gift voucher. My treatments included and back, shoulder and head massage and a facial. Lorraine made the whole experience very relaxed and I loved it.

After bouncing from one salon to the next for a few years it feels really good to find a home at Tropics to get my retouch relaxers, cuts and colours done. Kayleigh has been amazing. She's so understanding and doesn’t take offence on any feedback I give. She is truly talented and always does what's best for my hair. She bastes my hair properly before relaxers so it doesn’t burn. The staff are also amazing, they get on really well and there's always great conversation and laughs. I always feel at home whenever I go. I would highly recommend Tropics.

Lorraine and Abigail were amazing – so friendly, patient and brilliant with the girls, making everyone feel special and included. Everything was so well organised, and it made for a really fun, relaxing and memorable experience. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a children's pamper party. Lucy re-fit my hair extensions today and honestly I couldn’t be happier! She was so lovely and chatty from the moment I arrived and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell she’s a complete perfectionist! she really took her time to make sure everything was absolutely perfect and the attention to detail was amazing. My hair has genuinely never looked and felt better! I’m obsessed with the results and can’t thank her enough. Would recommend her to anyone and I’ll definitely be back 🤍

Shemariah provided such wonderful service. She accommodated a private space as I wear a hijab. She enquired about my preferences such as products that I am okay to have on my hair. She has also provided feedback to help further support the health of my hair. I was pleased with the braids. Would definitely book again!

I’ve booked this appointment like 12 hours before, and Kayleigh took such good care of me. She’s very knowledgeable in her hair, and the braids that she did on me were amazing. I’ve had nothing but compliments on how neat it is. I was in the area just for a few days. I needed my hair done as soon as possible, and let me just say I picked the best person to do it. Thank you so much. I’m still so in love with my hair, and I’ll make sure to tag you in all of my photos. Make sure you do check her out if you are in the area because if not, you’re missing out.

Such a kind person and take so much care and effort in to her work. My extensions are amazing the weft has such clean stitching no cross overs! And also had a nice style and cut🫶
