I booked a first consultation with Shana few weeks ago to tell her about my hair and the worries I had to get them done by other people. She replied to all the questions I had in a very professional way. She is fully booked (understandably) but she took time to do my braids on her rest day. I am beyond grateful to have found her and for her 10/10 customer service. The result is amazing and you get to learn about your own hair during all the appointment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Shana. You deserve so much more.

Shana is a fantastic hairdresser. I recently started going to Shana to braid my girls hair and she is so professional and patient especially with my youngest daughter. I’ve been so impressed with the service and have even booked Shana to braid my hair. I would highly recommend her service

Fantastic service as always. Shana was able to fit my son in for a cornrow style and me in for knotless braids 24-48 hours before our holiday. Shana was quick, and attentive and offered great advice on what protective style I should do next. I love that she's always on time, sticks to doing your hair and doesn't get distracted (like what can sometimes happen in hairdressers). She is my go-to person for braiding and cornrow styles.
