Joanna took the time to go through my intake form and asked detailed questions about my routine, lifestyle, diet, and products before starting anything. The consultation felt very professional. i have felt this relaxed before .

Every time I go in for a treatment, I feel the warmth and welcome that flows from Joanna. The spa is clean, fresh and serene, allowing me to relax my mind and body while Joanna does her thing. Classic facial was so relaxing. My skin looks and feels amazing. The extra attention for the scalp massage and neck and shoulders massage added to the experience.It is so great and I look forward to my next session.

Joanna was fabulous. I had a 90 min deep Hydration facial treatment using a 130.00 gift card from huband. So worth it. I have dry sensitivity skin. All products are natural with no irritation. Joanna is very knowledgeable I had a great consultation how to care for my face & received samples of cleansers & moisturizer. Great all natural products no chemicals. My skin has never looked & felt so good. Products are very reasonably priced, less than the stuff I use from Shoppers drugs mart. I will be back again & highly recommended Joanna. She is very professional, clean & friendly. Thankyou

I booked a second appointment after a very pleasant first facial. Julie is Johanna's colleague and her professionalism and care are just as excellent as Johanna's. I had another amazing facial and an eyelish lift and tint. Meanwhile, Johanna advised on me on some personal care. Again, do not hesitate to book an appointment here. Professional, clean, well-equipped, kind and attentive.

Joanna was recommended to me by my daughter. She is amazing at her job! She began by assessing my face - skin tone, moisture level etc. and discussed the treatment she thought would be best. The actual treatment was a wonderful experience, very relaxing and thorough. I did not feel hurried and she took her time to get it done. The spa itself is clean, nicely appointed and well lit. Very relaxing. I made my follow-up appointment before leaving and have already recommended her to my friends. I recommend her to anyone wanting a facial.

The experience was amazing! The salon was so inviting and warm. She is very knowledgeable and asked lots of questions to be sure to give you what you need.
