Ash was very welcoming, friendly and professional. My hair is exactly how I wanted it and Ash was very helpful with her advice and expertise. I left the salon feeling good, both from my hair and my experience in the salon. I would highly recommend Ash, and will be returning!

Always extremely happy with my visits to Ash-leigh. The salon is relaxing and Ash-leigh really listens to what you want and suggests different ideas. Ash-leigh explains what she is going to do and it turns out perfect. Have been going to see Ash-leigh for a few years now and my hair is the nicest it has ever been .

Tiff has been doing my hair for close to 2 years now and every single time has knocked it out of the park. The whole team there are wonderful and caring, even if you are not their client on the day. Would highly recommend the salon and Tiff for anyone looking for a new stylist

Mel did a fantastic job on my hair today. Lighten me up are the only hairdresser that actually takes the time to listen to what the customer wants, I thought I wanted layer's, but I also didn't want hard ends, Ive walked away very happy with my cut. It was a fantastic experience, and not to mention my overgrown eyebrows, thank you Mel.

Absolutely a Fantastic Experience from entering the Business. To exiting the Business. Has a chat before starting. To ensure I get the right style I’m wanting. Always quotes before starting the job. If you ask for a style cut, etc. But you don’t need it. They will advise you. So your not wasting your money. But if you still want the style cut etc. The staff are very happy to do. The staff are very professional & friendly. The salon is very clean and great value for your money. Easy and pleat off parking out front. Definitely a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Salon all round.

Moving to a new town can be a little daunting, but finding a new hair salon and a stylist you trust can feel even more overwhelming! From the moment I walked through the door, Tiffany made me feel so welcome and completely at ease. The service from start to finish was absolutely flawless, and I honestly couldn't fault a single thing. I'm so happy to say I've found my new salon and my new stylist! Tiffany did an amazing job, I absolutely love my hair, and even better, my curls are still holding beautifully. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The girls at Born Pretty are fantastic, they do a great job and I love that they quote for the services prior to commencing,so there is no price shock at the end. Extremely professional and just lovely service and vibe at the Heritage Park store 😀
