When I came to twin my hair was damaged from a beautician in my town ( I don’t live in Chicago). I noticed that my hair wasn’t growing. I went back to twin and she got my hair straight. Thank you. My hair is now getting stronger and longer.

Barbara did a good job checking in with me on size and length of the twist but she did give me regular twists instead of the knotless that I requested and paid for (even though I confirmed twice that I was getting knotless). (I didn't notice until now). The style is still super cute and super neat though! And she did a great job!

Jacinta is always so professional ive been to her about 4 or 5 times now and i have no compalints. Shes easy to talk to, her appointments run on time and she gets you in and out. The drina twist. I got this time are perfect!

This was my second visit to the shop and I’m so pleased with how my hair came out! Naomi and the young ladies assisting her did a BEAUTIFUL job on my small bora bora braids. They started at 9:30 and I was out the door by 1:30. The shop is always clean and you can guarantee amazing service from all the braiders to the cashier in the beauty supply, which is why I keep coming back. Martha’s is the perfect place for anyone that wants quality haircare at a good price and exceptional service without spending 12+hrs in a shop!

Barbara was amazing, as was the young lady assisting her on my hair. Everyone was very friendly in the shop and extremely accommodating with getting bundles purchased and installed in a timely manner. My hair only took 4 hours and came out very neat and as I wanted. I’ll only be getting my hair braided here from now on!

Chair Hair Imports is truly an experience. I came from out of town and searched them online and I’m so happy I did. The environment of the salon was so inviting, beautiful, and the stylist really made the experience. I was able to get an appointment and the service was amazing. Will definitely keep them in mind and even visit next time I’m in Chicago because we’re besties now.

Melody is an amazing stylist! She takes such great care of my hair, and I always leave satisfied. Whether it’s a fresh install, sew-in maintenance, or anything else, she’s the one to go to in Chicago.

CHINA was fantastic. She lightened my hair with my special 2 color blend mixture which is my very own signature color for my skin tone. I was elated with the results. It came out SO beautiful!! Thanks for making me HAPPY China.

Gigi and her mom do a fantastic job. They are quick, efficient, and professional. My daughter and I go together and we are in and out quickly with great results!

I wanted to give 3 stars but the stylist that braids my hair always does a good job. What I didn't like and perhaps I missed it on their new booking site, but there is a $5 service fee that comes out of your deposit. I get a credit card fee but $5 didn't sit well with me.

I always have the best salon experience here. The stylists (China-owner, & Melanie) are the sweetest ladies and makes everyone feel cared for & welcomed! And both excellent hair & makeup stylists. I literally fell asleep at the wash bowl. The scalp massage, gentle wash & condition felt amazing & relaxing. We always have great conversations, music & lots of laughter. 10 out of 10 experience every time!! 😍🤩

Carrie's SALON aim to please God 1st than others. The atmosphere is welcoming, professional, layout is roomy, location is convenient, honor your apptmt time,, prices are very reasonable. They are a full body amenties! The service I received for my natural hair is, wash, condition, flat iron, & tight curls. When Ms Stylist Harriet finished, look like I had a perm in this coarse hair of mine! Now you know I was satisfied! Made me apptmt for every 2 wks thru September! Make apptmt for your needs, you'll come back!
