Today was my first time to your salon. The receptionist was very polite and even though I was early for the appointment I was attended to the same time. The barber Teekay was very refreshing, she interacted with my son while cutting his hair and she paid attention to every detail making sure he was comfortable and got exactly what he came for. He was very satisfied with the haircut which is an achievement as he is not very easy to please. He will definitely be coming again

I went in for a protein treatment and had an amazing experience from start to finish. There was absolutely No Wait Time, which was a huge plus! Ashlee made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and Kyna was very informative—she really emphasized the importance of maintaining great home care. Firstly, let's talk about the workspace it was clean and very tidy with a luxurious ambience. For my haircut i tried to challenge the barber with difficult design and he did not disappoint, he did it better than I anticipated. I also like how everything is organized and efficient. Overall, it was good customer service, so if you are looking for a barbershop with high standards, I personally recommend Esquire.

Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

I absolutely loved it ! Definitely 5 star rated , my head wasnt sore nor tight. My braids arent tight and they're perfectly parted nd plait. Also , what I loved the most was the time range , my hair was braided really quickly and still on point. I had an great experience.

From initial contact to service completion, Christina was a gem! She was every bit professional, helpful with every query and accommodating…not to mention, she is absolutely flawless in her abilities when it comes to hair! My daughter had a great experience overall and we will definitely book again for all her hair style needs!

My first time getting my locs interlocked by a professional ad it was a great experience! Definitely worth the money, Althia cares about your hair and natural products. Will return when I return to Barbados :)
