Stefano killed it! I have fine 3A/3B curls and came to him with my reference photos from IG. He took the time to wholeheartedly listen to me and what I was going for, considering my preference and hair type. Stefano is so easy to talk to and after we came to an agreement about the vision he made sure to walk me through not only what he was doing but how I could achieve the same results at home. I love my cut which came out exactly how I wanted while preserving my length! I’m from the U.S. but if I lived in Brisbane Stefano would be my go-to for sure!

On a call in visit (live on road permanently) I was estatic with my short chic/pixie/hipster cut. Most hairdressers are not confident cutting a ladies hair in classic manner but Chris pulled off. Very Satisfied. When in Brisbane/Ipswich will return!

I purchased the 6 month membership for monthly microdermabrasions, which has now come to an end. I can say that even though I live down the road from the salon, I would so gladly drive all over Brisbane to follow Tiana! She is so kind and amazing at her job. We love to chat mostly, but she is also respectful enough to pick up on days where I would just like to enjoy my treatment in silence. I leave feeling pampered, relaxed and so much happier. My skin has also felt so much softer and healthier. 10/10, 5 stars and more! 🩷

Ella and Kade I was on holiday, and due to a broken shoulder, I could not blowdry my hair. I booked into Ella and Jade for a treat, salon unknown. What a wonderful experience I had l, I was greeted by Tuva with a huge smile and welcoming direction, Sarah then offered me wine and took me through for my basin, experience OMG the best head massage ever ever ever! Thank you, Sarah, Tuva was my stylist. She listened and did exactly what i asked for. Before during and after Tuva was delightful, I would definitely return when in Brisbane again Also a beautiful salon

I’m an American traveler and I found this fantastic shop on Instagram during my visit to Brisbane. 100% recommend the shop and the braiders. The ease of booking, the cleanliness of the shop, and the skill of each stylist was second to none. I will be returning to this shop anytime I’m in this area.

Great salon, highly recommend!! Lily did a superb job with my tint regrowth and then she did an amazing new style with my natural curls. Which created a different look and I walked out feeling fabulous. 🤩 Thank you Lily. 🌟

The staff are all lovely and friendly. I have naturally curly, frizzy hair blended with microbond hair extensions and Lily styles my hair beautifully. She pays attention to detail and takes time, to smooth out my natural hair to blend in nicely with my hair extensions. She has a warm, friendly personality, a great conversationalist and her head massages are the best. Thank you Lily.

Complete and utter out of body experience of a massage from the first spray of the mist to the perfect pressure from Sarah. 60 minute massage that felt like 2 hours! So good, I've booked for next month as well 🙌🏼
