Love this salon! Great service, all the ladies are lovely. Hair wash was very thorough, blow drying was painless and braiding was extremely fast, granted I went on a weekday and had more than 2 ladies working on me. Loved the end result, would visit again and highly recommend :)

I had the best experience .Rating on a scale of 1-10 ,I give you 10 +.I should have started my journey a long time with your saloon . For the first time being at the saloon did not feel like a punishment .My hairstylist Mariam loves what she does I could tell.Your people have great customer service and very professional and the understand that both customer and service provider need each other. Thank you so much .Going natural with her rootz saloon is the best decision I made.By the way people kept asking me where I did my hair ,I am loving it . Happy client on board .

Great customer service Timing could be worked on, I booked for 12 and only started after 1230 and finished well after 14 disrupting other programs. I loved my hair and the hair dresser was polite All in all I had a good experience. Recommendation: bigger salon space

I was attended to as soon as I arrived. My hair stylist was polite and friendly she did a good job on my hair and even gave me some tips. I will definitely call back again.

Great and my hairstylist is the best. Sorted out my pricing when they could have been a possible mistake from the girl at reception.
