Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Iv had my hair done by Grace 4 times now. Each time she has done an amazing job. Best stylist iv ever had. Shes always very welcoming and just an absolute pleasure to chat with. She takes pride in her work and this shows. She asks, listens and advises which I appreciate. Shes an all round lovely person who is very good at what she does. I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Katie and couldn’t recommend her enough. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived, taking the time to explain everything and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The massage was both relaxing and effective, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and so much better. Katie is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients.
