Friendly professional and extremely clean. Ash is really helpful and answered all my questions. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others. Easy to find above monroes on Highfield road. Just straight up the stairs in the shop. The stairs are right in front of you as you open the door. Parking is free and easy enough to find a space even though it’s a busy high street. Convenient to book a suitable day and time for me as well. I will definitely be looking at other treatments.

I had a fabulous experience with Jade having had a session with mesotox with mirconeedling. I had been thinking about mirconeedling for a long time but never felt comfortable, having spoken with Jade she made me feel so comfortable and talked through everything step by step. I had a wash, cut and blow dry here and was really pleased with the experience. Sarah was friendly, welcoming, and knew exactly what my hair needed. The cut turned out just how I hoped, and the blow dry gave my hair a lovely finish. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d happily come back again.
