The lady did a great job of my brows and asked me first if I preferred threading or waxing and if I like them trimmed or not. I had then threaded and trimmed and they look great.

I had Grace provide my service. I had full face wax and thread. Wow she is amazing was fast, efficient and also made sure I was okay along the way. Because I normally see one of your other staff that works there I was nervous at first but she nailed the service so confident in another person to provide what I need. The two women working on Saturday at the Palms branch in Christchurch between 5 and 6 pm were amazing!! Service was fabulous and we left knowing that our brows looked great! Thank you so much….
