Absolutely favourite time of the week. It is truly working. Finally something I can do with my limited ability for exercising. This way my body is encouraged to get rid of excess water. This is not a massage just to be clear with everyone. I have lipodaeama and fibromyalgia. You can be still against the machine or for a better physical work out you move your body. It's not complicated and the girls there are so informative and show you how to do everything. I felt absolutely great leaving there but I also think I'll sleep well tonight. Water was given as I needed my bottle refilled. You will need to bring your bottle initially. the place is hidden and small but I had a fantastic experience. Her knowledge and help was amazing thank you so much. Try it x

I’m booking regular massage appointments over the summer to sort out various ailments. I am in much less pain now and looking forward to taking up swimming again now that my body is more flexible after my massages. I really do treat them as necessary medical appointments given how much good they do me.

I had the facial and full body massage. Overall good, especially the facial. I loved the smell of the products used and felt very relaxed afterwards. The massage was good but a very light touch compared to others I previously had. No neck and head massage, which is a shame as the head massage is one of my favourite ones. The full body massages I have had in the past also included the waist, stomach, glutes, but not this time, which was ok, I understand this might be to avoid some customers feeling uncomfortable but it could be an option to opt out. I really missed the head massage though
