I had an extremely positive experience when I visited to discuss having a chin and lip wax having previously had a reaction to the wax. Devon listened attentively and advised me of an option to reduce the risk of it happening again. I had an appt with Dawn who gave me options explaining them thoroughly. She completed the treatment with advice to return should I have a reaction. Her customer skills were excellent very much in line with my past experience of Mind & Body Studio. I'm delighted to say there was no adverse reaction and will continue to use this service.

Today was my first visit and Islay introduced herself. Nothing was too much trouble overcoming my mobility issue. She made me feel very relaxed and by the time my treatment was completed she even walked me the front door so she could pull the door open for me.
