It was my first time having a facial with Hilda (usually I had other services done by her), she was very gentle & attentive for my facials too! She took extra care to massage certain areas & made sure I felt calm throughout the session, which I find it's such a thoughtful detail that I truly appreciated. Iceky did a derma-roll treatment for my husband, which is also his first time done by her (other sessions were different therapists), he liked how she was great with the extractions before the facial began & shared many useful skincare tips that not many people know of.

Bao on mani n pedi what’s there not to like? Simpson on hair. He wouldn’t let me do anything that didn’t suit me so pleased wi th his honest expert opinion n resultant cut. Maya has improved in self confidence and gives a more assured massage when shampooing; just needs to master the rinsing off with shower head in one hand and other hand supporting head in the other. The hand supporting hand was strong enough but felt as if it was using fingers alone not the whole palm. However, all in all a pampering afternoon with good results.

Did an omakase facial and lash extension with Jaime recently. She’s very professional and quick but yet thorough in her treatments. Overall experience was a pleasant and comfortable one.

1st visit at Fifty Freed. Manucurist Shavonn was quick and decisive when she saw how bad my nail conditions were. Told me to let them rest at least a month. Was not pushy and did not recommend me any unnecessary treatment. Good vibes. Will definitely return for my pedicure in a month's time.
