I had the Luxury Revitalizing Facial and my experience was nothing short of amazing. From the consultation to the actual treatment, Candice was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. The space is very calming and relaxing, which positively added to the experience. When they say luxurious, they mean luxurious, I left feeling renwed in body and mind. 10/10 will recommend. I can't wait for my next session!

Absolutely loved the experience. First time doing a facial and massage and the girls were so kind, soft, professional and caring. Nursing an injury to my face and the aesthetician was so careful not to touch or hurt anything. Truly appreciate her thoughtfulness. The massage therapist made sure I was comfortable beyond measure and gave me little tips on how to relief tension in my back. Overall an amazing experience and very happy Nova Beauty Spa was the first place to get them done. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

My skin has never felt so loved. My visit to The Rose Room today was nothing short of exceptional. I booked my facial but my appointment didn’t go through, however Avi rescheduled for a later time just to accommodate me. She knows I’m a pedant about my hyperpigmentation issues as I complain all the time but I’d never done a professional facial. Avi took her time and pampered me and the facial turned from “just a facial” to a full blown pampering experience where I was able to relax and zone totally out while she handled me with care and love. I cannot wait to go back!

I had a wonderful facial yesterday at Nova Beauty Spa with Brianna. The space was calm and relaxing and she was professional, gentle and really attentive to my skin’s needs. The ambiance is one of a kind, calming and beautifully designed, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. My esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. I scheduled a wash and cut which originally got cancelled due to the hair stylist being ill and I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call from the manager explaining the situation and apologizing - top customer service! My hairstylist - Merecia was excellent, quiet but polite and approachable. She was very gentle with my hair and cut it as I wished. My hair looks so much healthier now and the products used in my hair also didn’t leave it dry nor brittle which most hair salons do. They style the hair but the next day, it’s a nightmare to restyle. The ambiance & experience was amazing
