Charlotte is my go to person for all things nails and skincare! I love the relaxed, cosy atmosphere in the retreat. The facials are blissful and my nails always look incredible! Charlotte always keeps on top of the latest treatments and is super knowledgable! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had my first facial and it was amazing! I shared some sensitive health info, and she took the time to research and recommended a safer alternative to microneedling. I ended up getting a biochemical peel, plus a full facial with steam, LED, and the most relaxing neck, shoulder, and scalp massage. She was kind, professional, and made me feel totally cared for. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a thoughtful, inclusive, and relaxing experience!

As a guy, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a six-week hydro facial course at The Beauty Retreat but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! The results have been fantastic—my fine lines and dark circles are way less noticeable, and my skin feels smoother and looks brighter. Wow and more Wow!! I've never really had a facial before, not one like this anyway. I never knew or realised how relaxing and calming a facial was. Kat was absolutely amazing!! My whole body just sank and relaxed at a level I've never really experienced before!! I think I've avoided having a facial in the past because I've felt vulnerable, I think with it being my face I've always avoided but Kat was absolutely amazing and Once I was on the beautiful bed (which is soooo..... comfortable and snug!!) My body literally melted and I was so calm and relaxed that any anxiety I had just disappeared.

This was a much needed appointment as I have been struggling with my health recently. It was my first visit and what a lovely welcome and such a relaxing treatment space. The treatment itself was bliss, and I relaxed for the first time in so long. I had reiki and a crystal facial, but Kat also included some sound which gave an additional boost to how I was feeling. I shall definitely be back for more.
