I had never had a facial before but Jess put me at ease & I enjoyed the.experience. I chose the relax & unwind which was nice. My only criticism is trying to relax when you can hear hairdryers & conversation from the salon is a bit off putting

I think the fact that I catch two buses to get from where I live to Emma’s Beauty Room speaks for itself. I have been having luxury facials, eyelash lift and tint, eyebrow tint and upper lip wax for several years now and every session is a real treat as well as making me look good and feel better about myself. Emma is so enthusiastic about her treatments and the products she uses, creates a relaxed atmosphere and is a pleasure to be with and chat to. I wouldn’t go to anybody else.

Follow up appointment after my 2nd round of facial fillers as always Kate (like all the girls) totally professional but with a personal touch which is why I keep going back to them for my treatments
