Cassie is a miracle worker! Her acupuncture facial is pure heaven, especially for jaw tension. She creates the most relaxing space and is so knowledgeable, taking time to address your concerns and giving you a real holistic experience. This is so much more than a facial!

Ksenija’s facial is excellent. I had the facial over a week ago and still feel the effects. I was 10 weeks post partum at the time and it felt like a bit of a reset for me. I felt more like me after the facial than I have in ages. Worth every penny.

Absolutely incredible facial! I made a last minute appointment as a new client, but I was welcomed so warmly even though it was first thing in the morning on a bank holiday. Victoria talked me through my options & gave some really good recommendations. I had intraoral massage for the first time & it was fantastic. We only had an hour but nothing felt rushed. I felt like it was at least an hour & a half but was surprised when it was only an hour. I’ve been wanting to visit re:lax for a while but the Hackney location isn’t convenient for me so very happy the Borough yards location exists now.

I had a facial with Btissan in this clinic for the first time and it was amazing. She throughly cleaned my face and its looking very fresh! I would definitely return back for my future facials with Btissan.

Great find for a newcomer to London. Convenient location offering wide variety of services with experienced and friendly staff. Have had some wonderful facials and brow/ lash treatments here with Sophia and Ibtissam. The clinic is very tidy and hygienic and these give me added trust in the place.

Every visit to Diana’s studio is unique and never the same. It’s not just a facial; it’s a total relaxation including the shoulder massage and presso therapy. My face is very happy😊 Many thanks!!!
