I have been coming to Roland regularly for months. I originally came due to issues with my eczema (specifically topical steroid withdrawal). Since coming my issues have improved drastically as well as my sleep, mood, stress levels and hormonal cycle. I have learnt so much about my health and acupuncture and we always have a wonderful chat. I highly recommend coming for treatment, I didn't realise quite how impactful it would be on my general health and well-being. 10/10!

Tom was kind and friendly and we talked about all my health issues and had some acupuncture. I feel confident that he can help alleviate some of my symptoms so I will be able to manage my conditions better.

What can I say, my symptoms so much better having had a treatment. Had injured my arm, couldn't lift it, Roland put a needle in my leg I moved my arm, as he moved the needle, it feels so much freer to move now. Excellent.

Lovely first impression. He listened very well to what was going on physically and emotionally with my injury. Then he explained clearly what he would do and why, and the treatment itself was a calm and nourishing experience. It's too early for me to say long-term benefits, but this first session certainly felt helpful. I anticipate coming back for more to continue the treatment

Tom is a skilled acupuncturist and a really calm and nice person who I’d definitely recommend to anyone else looking to try acupuncture. The Practice Rooms are a lovely calm and serene space too!

Acupuncture with Roland is incredibly relaxing and I appreciate the space he’s created in which to practice. Although the nature of my condition means that large improvements will take a while but I see. I do get a sense that positive change is happening and the treatments are worthwhile.
