Today was my first time going to Tracey. I came to have my eyelash extensions removed as I’ve had them on for a while now. I’ve been looking for days for someone to remove them for me as I hardly had any ok both eyes anyway. She was very friendly to talk to, messaged back pretty quick and was able to fit me in today even though I messaged about it this morning. 🥺 I’m so grateful and so so happy, thank you so much again. I know it’s nothing special, but I was desperate for them to be taken off now I’m so happy I can see my natural lashes again. Will definitely recommend you to other people.

I got a Japanese head spa and gel x nails done by Esme. She was very kind and professional and made me feel completely at ease right away. Highly recommend the head spa! Makes you feel so relaxed :)

Kayleigh is honestly the best! Every treatment I’ve had she’s been so thorough and executed the treatment perfectly and professionally. I’ve had a variety of treatments with her like light therapy, lash lift and tint, and lash extensions and I would recommend her for any service she offers. She’s incredibly friendly, welcoming and definitely goes the extra mile for you - I feel like I’ve made a friend for life!

I’ve been to the salon a few times now and have loved my treatments every time. Today, my tween had a party, and Hayley was absolutely brilliant with my daughter and her friends. It was more than worth it, and the girls absolutely loved the setup. Thank you so much, Hayley! 💕

Tracey is an amazing lash artist, so much so I have been coming to Tracey for 4 years, each time leaving with lovely fresh lashes. Alice did an amazing job on my eyebrows and lashes! I’ve never tried the Korean style but I’m never going back to a standard lvl. She’s so lovely and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. My brows and my lashes look incredible — exactly how I wanted them. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and pays attention to every little detail. Thank you, Alice — I’m so happy with the results and can’t wait to come back! 💕

I had my first ever eyelash extension fitting today and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! The entire experience was fantastic. Tracey was so professional, explaining the process clearly and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. The application was flawless—my lashes look stunning, beautifully full, and exactly what I was hoping for. A truly wonderful first experience, I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Had a wonderful Reiki session. I felt completely relaxed, calm, and uplifted afterwards. Such a warm, welcoming experience, and the treatment was both professional and soothing. I left feeling refreshed and rebalanced. And an amazing facial got to try keep looking young starting to crack in my old age 😂Highly recommend!

I have been going to Alice for my eyebrows for just over a year now. I'd never had anything done to my brows before, spent my teens and twenties just plucking them and filling with liner. They were always thin and I'm also fair haired so always hated looking like half my brows were missing. After my first appointment I couldn't stop staring at them! I go to Alice every 4 weeks for lamination/maintenance and I don't think I'll ever stop. They have now filled out, are lovely and thick and the tint shade is perfect. I'm not huge on beauty but will always spend my money on Alice's talent! Magic x

I cannot praise Kayleigh enough. Fully accommodating for temperature needs during the heatwave, explained and showed me what my scalp was doing and every step along the way. My scalp feels completely new! I will definitely be going back!

Tracey is a lovely kind and exceptional lash artist. I’ve been a client for just over a year now and I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my very frail lashes. She’s managed to boost my confidence and give me lashes after years of feeling like there’s no point even wearing mascara. I have very fine and short lashes because of my Chinese heritage. Her services are very professional and very friendly, she’s a legend! Highly recommended.

Just had a Japanese Head Spa with Kayleigh, and all I can say is wow!!! I’ve wanted this treatment for a very long time and it did not disappoint. From the very interesting scalp analysis, to the massages with different hair tools, it was incredible! Definitely would recommend to anyone thinking about booking! I loved loved loved it x

Alice transformed my eyebrows from literally nothing to full and voluminous, I could have honestly cried. As someone who's always struggled with little to no eyebrows, the brow lamination is so effective and I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much!!
