I highly recommend The Beauty Vault. Yvonne is brilliant and professional. The service is excellent and very well done. I come here for waxing but I’ve also had my eyelashes and eyebrows done in the past. I would not consider any place else. 10/10.

I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

Emma is just so wonderful and fun! She made me feel at ease as I had a piercing done by her. Im a bit flakey over anything a tad painful, but I wanted this piercing so badly! She took her time, walked me through the process and gave me time I needed at each step! Thank you Emna, I know you laugh, but im so glad I did this today, I love it and its only because I feel safe in your professional hands, that I had the courage to do it xx

The best eyelash lift and tint I’ve ever got! Tara is so lovely and is great to chat to, just a great service and not for a bad price too! I asked for my eyelashes to be dark and fully curled upwards to make it look like I’ve got mascara on and that’s exactly what I got! Love them!
