Everything was great from start to finish. The environment was lovely and ready on time. Kat was extremely attentive and professional and took time to ensure everything was perfect and that I got what I wanted from the treatment. I felt very well looked after and valued. First time visiting thus salon, and was very impressed that the lovely lady that did my hair had gone up and beyond, had opened the shop on a day that it is normally closed, my appointment was for Monday 21st sep at 16:30, but she phoned me and asked if could re schedule due to staff being ill, which I excepted, but she was very professional, made me very welcome, and did exactly how I wanted to have my hair, could not fault her, the salon and expertise, will defo be coming back in the future, thank you so much, partner said its looked lovely xx

Lovely relaxing treatments - nails and eyelashes looking good !

I had a back facial and massage and it was excellent. Kat checked I was ok throughout the treatment, adjusting pressure accordingly. She went through my consultation form before starting to double check everything and then sat down with me at the end of the treatment to go through aftercare. All in all, an excellent service and I would recommend her to anyone. Looking forward to trying other treatments x
