This was my first visit at any cosmetic clinic in Australia, it surpassed my expectations! I have received injections for wrinkles for over a decade in the US, and to say the service, professionalism, cost and results were extraordinary here at EQUINOX with Ann, is worthy of more that 5 stars. I was able to make the consultation and procedure appointment for the same day. No sales pitch. But caring input about my options and valuable suggestions. I return to Perth every 3-4 months and will now only come to see Ann for all my cosmetic injections. THANK YOU

Absolutely beautiful salon. On time, clean, great vibe. All the girls are so friendly and attentive. I spent the whole day there and was offered numerous drinks. Fresh air, comfy chairs, even a massage chair when you get your hair washed. They have really gone above and beyond to make it an experience when you enter the space. I don’t know another place like this in Perth!

I’ve known about Elixir for a long time, and I’ve been their customer for over two years, I have done lymphatic massages, skin treatment, radio frequency and the most recent eye lashes and eye brow design, and I absolutely loved them, I’ll always comeback and refer them to friends and around, customer service is awesome and friendly.

I absolutely love coming here to get my lashes done. They feel so light and you don't feel the glue! I've never had that scratchy prickly feeling when lash glue starts to lift. I highly recommend everyone to come and experience her work.

Fantastic service from start to finish! So easy to book online too! The shop front is beautifully done and the chairs comfortable and new. The staff are super experienced and very friendly. Had my first brow appointment here and was nervous due to never having them done before. So glad I chose Rachel as the first person to do my brows. She was warm and welcoming, the room had very relaxing music on. I wanted to stay natural looking but better shape and a bit of tinting. She did everything perfectly. Will definitely be back! I had the Carboxy Co2 facial . Jamie was my therapist. Her touch is very therapeutic. It takes a lot for me to relax and I actually snoozed . She explained each step and what to expect post treatment . The face massage was exceptional. Will be back now I’m home in Perth again 5 ⭐️

I just had lip blush done with Nikki and I'm obsessed with the results! She took the time to do a thorough colour consultation to find the perfect shade, and meticulously mapped my lip shape. She checked in with me throughout the entire process, which made me feel really comfortable and confident. The results are natural and exactly what I was hoping for. I couldn't recommend more highly!

Amazing! The staff were very friendly and our appointment started on time and lasted the full two hours (1.5 massage + facial). We did the couple combo and loved it! The massage was incredible! Very thorough and obviously done by a professional. The facial was also very pleasant. Bonus points for the ginger tea and cookies at the end. So yummy!! We will be back on our next Perth visit.

Veronica did my first ever hydrafacial and she was so gentle and gladly shared some skincare advice to questions I had! The facial was very hydrating and I loved the part with the ice head very cooling to the skin, having come to Perth and working in the mines my skin barrier had gotten sensitive and dehydrated and this treatment was perfect for immediate results! Highly recommend
