I brought my daughter in to get her haircut & to see if we can find a plan to help maintain her hair. & Mariana did just that! She made sure to ask my daughter if she liked what we were doing & making sure she was comfortable & confident! I will always recommend Mariana!!

She is amazing!! I love my hair! She did a dark color all around and I can see like tints of purple with my smokey dark color it's so pretty and that ugly green is out! Then she put pieces of extensions in my hair because I did want silver but so much product used prior to seeing her it wasn't possible BUT she did put silver extensions in so I have streaks of silver and it looks so AWESOME! I am so happy with how it turned out and I'm going to continue to go to her for as long as she's here in Rockford! She's definitely ONE OF THE BEST stylist around.. Thank You Mari!!!

Felt comfortable and that I was in a safe space, I felt heard when describing what I wanted. I learned a lot about what I can do to better care for my hair and what products to use. The cut was exactly what I wanted and was done very well with care and consideration. Overall 10/10 :)

She is incredible. My hair has never been this healthy in a long time. I met her when I was looking for someone who could make my curly hair blue and I've become a regular! All amazing great things about this beautiful lady! She is so fun so easy to talk to and I just love the environment I feel I can be myself I'm an odd person so it's hard for me to fit in or feel comfortable at public places but this place is like hanging out at my friend's house with a bunch of other friends (back when things were somewhat perfect) I love my hair and how it turned out. I have slice strands put in it looks so awesome! Thank you Mari I know it took awhile we had some mishaps with the tiny beads on the slice strands but got it done! Always love her!!

Lexi took great care of me today during my first visit to her chair at Urban Edge! My hair feels so soft and silky after a deep conditioner and she did a great job cutting and styling my hair as well. I’ll definitely be back for more. 🤗

This girl is AMAZING! I am officially her client I won't go no where else!! She's also my daughter's official hair stylist now too. She was so awesome with her, my daughter has turrets amongst other disabilities and she made her feel like she fit in was with friends and she just loves Mariana! She said she wants to go back and get her hair done by her again and we sure will go back again. She did festival braids in my daughter's hair and she looks so cute did such a great job. Looks so pretty. This girl is so talented so many ideas and is such an awesome person. Absolutely love her!!
