Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! Thank you so much Deya 🩷

As always Kayla Mia Beauty Salon meets my expectations. From walking in the door all the ladies welcomes you, with their kindness. From the atmosphere, to their professionalism and every service you can get is outstanding. I see Ive for my cut and color and she never fails to amaze me, I always get compliments on the cut and color. Every woman here does great cut and color and if you been looking for a place that truly love what they do this is the place.

What can I say! The best decision I did was do my hair with Kayla and it was a true blessing to get the color I wanted. Everything was explained, I felt more than comfortable. All of them are great! They're so genuine and talented. Deya was the one who has done my hair twice now and I absolutely love it! I've dyed my hair multiple times before but she is great in talking about what she's doing during the process which can be reassuring to guests who are probably dying their hair for the first time. I wanted more of a neutral blonde and when my hair lightened more warm toned and orangish, she mixed the toner in a way that neutralized the warmth to get me to neutral so she knows what she's doing!

Nicole was able to get me in for a last-minute color correction on a day the salon was closed. She was super friendly and flexible!

I went in for a haircut and full highlights with Nicole, and she was absolutely amazing! She took the time to really understand what I wanted, and the results were even better than I imagined. Not only did my hair look incredible, but I also left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Nicole is truly talented—kind, professional, and so easy to talk to. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to treat themselves to a great hair experience!

Margaret, is the best hair stylist. She’s very professional, funny and will make you feel like your family. My daughter loves when she does her hair because she says “her edges be on fleek” lol. I came into perfect picture to get a perm in my hair, but once I got there Margaret did a consultation with me and she decided that I didn’t need a perm just a silk press which I loved because she took her time to examine my hair first , so she did the silk press, but not before she did a detangler because it was badly tangled due to old radiation damage … she wasn’t just friendly. She was genuine and comforting. Especially to my hair.. so she did the silk press and it came out so beautiful… I definitely found a true angel someone who’s dedicated to her work and yes, I definitely will be back
