This was such a great service. Rehanatu listened to all my concerns and actually took her time to make sure I felt comfortable. I truly appreciate her patience. We even took some breaks to let my hair breathe a little before continuing. For my first salon visit in a long time, this was actually great. Thank you all for your great customer service as well.

My first visit today, and everyone was welcoming. Crystal professionally assessed my hair and listened to my concerns. She let me know what she was doing and regularly checked to be sure I was comfortable. In the end there was an issue with the color, but Crystal and the manager gave it their utmost concern. I felt heard and respected, and that they responded with professionalism and kindness.

Our stylist was very knowledgeable, and handled herself very well, when my daughter-in-law arrived wanting another service on top of the one we requested. All matters were resolved, and my granddaughter's hair is beautiful.
