I love my visits to see Ella & Millie at The Hair Retreat. They are both so welcoming & friendly and listen to what you have in mind. They give the best advice and options/alternatives in a professional & polite manner. I have always had short hair but with their guidance & encouragement, my hair is the longest it’s ever been and is at its healthiest. I’ve never left their salon unhappy with any aspect of my hair and the colour is perfect every time. They also make the best Merry Munch & drinks x

Lovely hairdresser, nice family run salon. I went for a honey blonde ish balayage and fringe trim, I wouldn't say the balayage turned out the colour I wanted and it's pretty pink on the ends (apparently this is from the toner), it's more of an ombre as the colour wasn't really taken up to the root either. Regardless, for the price of the salon I'm happy with it, and now rocking my slightly pink hair! Thanks guys, I'll definitely be back.

I had such a lovely experience at the salon with Lucy! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. Lucy is an absolute gem—so friendly, professional, and full of expertise. She explained everything clearly, gave me loads of great ideas and suggestions, and made me feel completely at ease. I left loving my new haircut and feeling really well looked after. I am a regular client of Stephen William Hair. He was highly recommended to me for his mastery in colour techniques. Today he used Blonde Solutions as the second stage of my colour journey (brunette to warm blonde). The results were outstanding, the condition is incredible. This is attributed not only to Blonde Solutions but to the invaluable advice given my Stephen at my previous appointment. He advised of products to use and how to use them to recover my hair from the initial bleaching. I love my sessions with Stephen, he is passionate about his craft and open to new products.

Having had the same hairdresser for more than a decade, I was nervous of change. I didn’t need to be! Stephen was excellent. He really cares and displays genuine passion and enthusiasm for his craft. He gave me lots of time and advice. He’s also very interesting and a good conversationalist and genuinely nice guy! I have found my new professional and look forward to becoming a regular client. I’m a brunette and his social media features lots of blondes, irrespective of your hair colour you won’t be disappointed. I’m so pleased Stephen was highly recommended to me. Thanks Stephen.
