Even though it was my first visit, Niki made me feel comfortable and welcome from the very beginning. She listened carefully to what I wanted. She did an amazing job on my hair focusing on details until the finishing touch. The outcome was better than I expected the highlights blend so well with my grey hair. And the price very reasonable.
