You sat me down and gave me a pre- consultation prior to the cut, which eased my anxiety and fears and then proceeded to cut and colour my hair into the same AI picture I had shown you. Leah was very friendly and talkative. She was also very patient and accommodating as I explained what I wanted and took the extra time to make sure I was absolutely happy before we finished. Will book another WCBD appointment and potentially book a colour-change as well in the future 😀
