I had my laser hair removal appointment today and had a great experience. Susha was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I was curious about the face analysis machine, and she kindly offered to do a complimentary skin analysis for me. She briefly explained the results and answered my questions in a clear and helpful way. I really appreciated her time, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Susha, for making my visit such a positive experience. I look forward to my next appointment!

Hannah was lovely, from the minute i walked into the salon area, it felt calm, warm and welcoming. I am in love with my hair, will be booking again in the near future for my colour, Hannah did an amazing job on my hair, big thank you!

The appointment was for my 14 year old daughter, the staff were really friendly and kept her at ease. Also asking her for what she wanted done and with adding some suggestions to her she came out well pleased. 100% will go there next time. Edited as put 24 first time.....
