If there were a star above “Fantastic”, that’s exactly how I would rate the team at Preston & Co! I had completely ruined my hair with an over-the-counter dye and it looked absolutely dreadful. In my line of work, I’m expected to use social media a lot, so to say it knocked my confidence would be an understatement. The team at Preston were amazing — they even fitted me in between clients to sort it out. I absolutely adore my new colour and I will never dye my hair at home again! Thank you so much to Brooke, Donna, Rhian and Ella for working your magic. You’re an incredible team !

Nobody skilled as Neha, just a babe! So pleasant did such a wonderful job of my hair. I’m so happy with my new look, she made my whole experience positive and I felt so comfortable. I couldn’t recommend Neha enough. As a manager of the salon I truly believe she does not get enough credit for her efforts and how much of an amazing hair dresser and stylist she is! I took my daughter here for her first ever hairdressers appointment, and Preston & Co treated her amazingly! Very patient, so friendly, and even treated her to a hot chocolate and biscuits. It was actually an accident me getting my hair done by Amy as there’d been a glitch on the app that let me book in on a Monday (silly me didn’t know this was typically a hairdressers day off). I needed my hair fixing after it had gone wrong a few days prior and Amy came in on her day off just to help me out and really talked me through what she was going to do and made me feel at ease. I’m so grateful and she did such an amazing job at fixing my highlights and overall colour!

Honestly Chloe was absolutely incredible. She listen to every hair query I had managed to transform my hair from box hair dye back to blonde and couldn’t be happier with the results definitely will be a returning client.
