Really delighted - Natasha was very attentive to what I wanted and kept explaining and checking I was happy every step of the way. I wanted highlights in warm and blonde tones. Natasha chose lovely rich colours and worked hard to blend them throughout the hair. I am delighted with the result! The cut was equally good, shaped around my face with a balanced length. When she massaged my scalp I felt so relaxed having rushed in a few minutes late I realised how stressed I’d felt but the whole experience - lovely coffee included was a joy. Can’t wait for next time!
