I always leave feeling much better than when I walked in. I trust Rachel implicitly with my hair and her choices when I am sometimes unsure. She has always advised me with great expertise and I've never been disappointed. Surely not a better hairdresser in Luton!

First time coming to Ellie and the experience was amazing! I’ve had multiple consultations regarding my hair with other salons and due to buildup of very dark brown box dye got told the most I could get done was highlights or they wouldn’t work with my hair at all Ellie on the other hand put me at ease and knew what I wanted without me having to over explain myself (I wanted to go back to my natural colour-mid ash brown as I’ve had enough of doing my roots) the salon atmosphere is private and comfortable perfect if you are a hijabi aswell and I honestly can’t be any happier

Amazing! Had an appointment with both girls, one for my henna eyebrows and one for a half black half red hair dye with cut. Both VERY professional and VERY friendly! They make you feel very relaxed and welcomed! They never rush the process and put all their effort into what you have requested! I have also had an acne treatment session in which I have seen a huge difference from one session. Both daisy and lily talk you through the whole procedure they are doing which is reassuring. Both girls have sent me products to use after my session which has hugely helped! Would 100% recommend!!🖤🤍

Zilim is not just a colour specialist by title alone, her skills are unmatched! Zilim has such an understanding of different hair textures and how to cut and colour curly hair. She made me feel so comfortable and at easy, she was so attentive and receptive about my desired look and also very realistic about what could be attained! I felt very confident leaving her to work her magic and the result exceeded all of my expectations! I’m so impressed and in love with my new look! The lady I see also used to work at Harpenden, but is now mainly based in Luton . I decided to keep having the lady as she is very friendly, makes you feel at ease . I feel very comfortable with her so that is the reason I decided to go to this clinic in Luton .

Been going to Daisy for a while now and she’s so sweet and professional. She does my brows (lamination/hd) and my 2D lashes! I’ve been to quite a few lash techs in Luton and she is def the best I have been to. She always listens to what I want, which I change basically every time I go. 100% recommend!
