Izzy introduced herself to me and gave me a lengthy consultation prior to starting my hair ensuring my needs were met. I am extremely pleased with the haircut and colour and will definitely book with Izzy for my next cut and finish 😃

I love how Alice does my highlights. Come out a different person. Amazing 🤩

Super lovely experience, everything from the cut to the colour was fantastic. After having my hair done by the same person for ten years, I’d been hesitant to go anywhere else - Chloe put me massively at ease, spoke me through the process of colouring my hair, and checked in with me throughout to ensure I was happy! Had so many compliments on my hair the next day at work ☺️ Will definitely be back!

I had a Skin Rocks facial with Libby and honestly, I think I’m the most relaxed I’ve ever been. I love a facial as a treat, but honestly, this one was perfect. I will definitely be back!

Chloe is an amazing hairdresser, the way she cuts my hair and highlights it I love. She always listens to what I am looking for and then gives me her opinion as to whether it will work, rather than just saying ‘yes’ I love this. I also always feel welcome and I never feel uncomfortable. Michelle does my nails and I love them, she is very talented at free hand nail art and again asks what I would like and if I’m stuck she will give me ideas of what she thinks. I enjoy going to see either or sometimes both of them. I would definitely recommend both of them.

Libby is excellent, very knowledgeable and truly makes you feel at ease with any treatment you get! I wouldn’t go elsewhere.

Another great cut and colour from Alice. She handles my very thick, very long hair so well, can 100% recommend.

This was my first visit to The Secret Salon. Duncan fixed my hair! My last balayage from a different salon was started too low and had lots of different colours in it, he put some new blonde from the top and toned down the rest to my natural colour ready to start again. Genius! In that time was lots of easy conversation and laughter. I would highly recommend and can’t wait for my next visit. Thanks Duncan x

Libby was wonderful. Very knowledgable and explained everything well. Beautiful clean salon and a warm cosy couch perfect for the most amazing facial ever. Had the Skin Rocks facial and writing this 24 hours after the treatment and my skin is glowing! Will be re booking and would highly recommend.

Chloe did a super job with my blonde. I am very happy with the cut and highlights. I have been trying to get my hair blonde for the last year with much frustration as it always comes out yellow. But Chloe did wonders.
