Today was my first appointment with Rachael, right from the start I felt comfortable and at ease especially as I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted us to achieve. Absolutely LOVED getting my hair done today with Becky, she is so professional but open to have a chat about anything and everything! Felt super relaxed the whole time, extremely accommodating (I have an injury) and of course absolutely love my hair as always!!
