I really liked getting my hair extensions done by Ellie- I had a maintenance appointment today. She’s friendly and lovely and I was happy with my hair after she fitted the extensions. I really like the length and the thickness of my hair now and looking forward to coming again for my next appointment! x

Fantastic experience! Sophie personalised my treatment, leaving the colour on a bit longer to make sure it fully covered my greys. She remembered details from my last visit and kept the conversation flowing throughout — plus the coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

First time in the salon and what an experience!!! Alex made me feel at ease straight away and chatted to me the whole time I was there. The Haircut was just perfect she had listened to everything I had said and executed a fabulous haircut that was just what I needed. I recently had combination brows done by Louise, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I was really nervous beforehand, but Louise took the time to explain every step of the process, which immediately put me at ease.I'm now on day 6 of healing and I'm so happy with the results. I've had no issues with my skin at all, I’m so happy with the results. Travelling 3 hours each way was absolutely worth it, and I'm so glad I made the journey. Thank you so much, Louise and the whole team, for such a professional, welcoming, and 5-star service xx

Grace is a fantastic hairdresser she really listens to what you want as a client and takes the time to talk through how she will manage your colour and cut. I always have a lovely experience at Changes not only with Grace but all the other staff are so warm and friendly, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
