Sophia came to my rescue after an unfortunate colour experience with another hairdresser. I am not local to Exeter, as I had travelled down from Kent for my wedding and needed my colour sorted urgently and Sophia managed to fit me in at short notice. Freya was brilliant. Really took the time to discuss issues and options. Over the moon with the result - absolutely stunning colour and love the cut. Freya also went through how to style my hair at home which I really struggle with, so that was really appreciated. Always love my visits to Willow and highly recommend - such a lovely vibe and a great team of ladies.

I can't recommend Sophia highly enough. She is warm, welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She really listened to what I wanted and took the time to understand my hair and preferences. Sophia offered excellent advice and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. The results were fantastic, both cut and colour. I left the salon feeling fab. Had my haircut with natalie and root colour with Abi so happy with the result. Such a lovely salon and made to feel very welcome, the products they used made my hair feel amazing and brought some to take home, so i have that salon finish. Looking forward to my next appointment!

My hair has never looked so good. The cut stays in a lovely shape right up until my next visit and the colour does such a good job of blending with my grey that’s starting to come through but it stays well hidden. The added benefit is that it’s always a joy to see Soph.

I had a great experience at Willow Hair & Wellbeing. I’m so pleased with colour and the time Gemma took over the process. I popped in for eyebrow tint and lash lift and tint with Stevie this evening. 2nd time she has done them, 4th time having this treatment at the Beauty Lounge. Once again, as always it was a fantastic appointment. Good consultation on colour, checking they had my preferred dye ready, and giving me options should I prefer something different. I look so much better, without make up, and lift having a lovely chat and feeling so much more confident and better about myself. Thank you Stevie 😊
