As a first time customer I couldn’t be more pleased with my highlights and cut! The salon was bright and welcoming and has plenty of parking right outside. Jenny was so knowledgeable about colours and what’s right for her clients. My hair and especially the highlights she put in has never looked so good.

Very happy with everything Tess is very kind and went out her way to help me beautiful nail extensions added for a wedding lasted longer then needed lovely comments at wedding on how lovely they looked very natural hopefully going to have done again soon and will be going here,

Fantastic. She listened to my vague wants, hopes and dreams for how I wanted my hair to look for my wedding and came out with perfect. I’ve already had a bad experience with bridal hair trial elsewhere so was nervous doing it again, but she is honestly amazing and I can’t wait for my wedding day now, knowing my hair (and both my daughters too) won’t be an area I worry over.

Moved to bridport march of 2025, been looking for the right hairdressers for me and honestly Tara and lumina hair exceeded my expectations, she was so warm, welcoming and friendly and always made sure I was happy with what I wanted and I love the hair :) definitely will be making this my salon and I look forward to more future appointments :)

My hair looks so amazing. Tara in Bridport has washed, cut, blow dried and put my hair in a beautiful updo. It’s a practice for my sisters wedding. Tara listens to what you want and takes care and time to get it perfect. Will definitely be going back.

Tara is so exceptional! She is warm and welcoming and you can tell she loves what she does. She is extremely knowledgeable - I've never felt in such capable hands. I am chuffed with my hair cut and I can't wait to come back for a colour!

Had the best experience with Tara, she is so knowledgeable about colouring and I've felt really confident in her ability to do my hair well, the finished result is amazing and beyond what I could have expected for my hair, so glad I found her when I did! Would recommend for anyone who wants someone who really knows what they are talking about and will make you feel incredibly welcome!

Jenny has been expertly supporting me through my journey into my natural grey hair after years of colouring. We started with the complicated "grey blending" technique......now we are just toning every 6 weeks to even out new natural and old growth. 1 year in, probably another 6 months to go til completely naturally beautifully grey!!!! Super-professional, talented colourist and stylist. I can highly recommend.
