Sophie was excellent, we had a consultation where she found out in depth what I wanted & talked me through the whole process, managed my expectations well (such as how many appointments I’d need to reach my goal). During my next appointment she continued to talk me through everything & update me on how things were going with the colouring and what each step was and the reasons for everything. Would 100% recommend her. I had a full head of highlights for the first time & she did a brilliant job. I’m in love with my new hair & looking forwards to the next appointment to get a bit lighter.

Effy is absolutely amazing at what she does! She's so down to earth, friendly, and incredibly talented. She took the time to carefully colour correct my hair from black box dye, making sure everything was just right and the end result was even better than I could have imagined. Her attention to detail and skill are truly exceptional. I couldn't be happier with my hair and would highly recommend Effy to anyone looking for a fantastic hairdresser. Thank you so much!

Such a lovely salon with friendly and welcoming staff. Sophie is an exceptional hair stylist, I felt comfortable in putting my complete trust in her abilities, and she was very patient with me today. She was very informative and knowledgeable, and I appreciated her guidance and recommendations with specific colouring and in styling my hair. I left the salon feeling very happy with my hair today. Heather coloured my hair exactly like I asked. Lovely and friendly. Already booked in for my next appointment! Sophie was lovely too. Had great chats with both girls and conversation flowed the whole time. I felt very relaxed and confident I was going to be pleased with my cut and colour. 10/10
