Ben is always the best at handling colors, professional to a point and caring in his customer service. He always prioritises client experience and does not shy from checking in regularly to make sure we are happy with the service and its results. Best hairdresser in Bath for sure.

My hair was beautifully coloured and cut by Hannah. She blended colour and highlights with my own colour so it looks very bright, creamy and natural.

I was tired of having my hair coloured every 4-5 weeks due to the demarcation between grey roots and colour. I didn’t feel the colour suited me anymore but didn’t want to go totally grey. Karen was fantastic - listened to my needs and discussed several approaches, doing lots of research in the progress to make sure I got a good result. I love my new hair! The colours are fab and the grey roots have just the right amount of translucent courage that will allow a more seamless grown out. This is just the first step on the journey but I feel confident I’m heading down a good path with Karen.

Another excellent hair colouring and cut with Felicity. She made my hair exactly how I wanted it and it blends seamlessly with my natural colour. She also ensured I had enough cold drinks and fans on one of the hottest days of the year. Thank you!

Booked in to see Karen for a full head of highlights for grey blending and a cut. She was able to fit me in really quickly, and understood what I needed- offering a range of options. I loved the personal experience and would thoroughly recommend Karen.

Ben is a wonderful colourist! He blended my roots today, matching the colour to one I'd had done at a different salon with a different brand of colour. He's also a genuinely lovely person and I'm a very happy client :)

I have been having my haircut with Pete for over 15 years and he simply is the best. He always takes time to understand what style you’re looking for, but also will gently guide you through what suits. Professional, great value for the quality of the cut and colour and just brilliant at what he does.

Second appointment with Pete. I can honestly say I’ve not had a previous hairdresser who takes such care in what they do. I also love that he suggests new ideas which he thinks will work well with my hair type. Really like the new colour!
