I came in feeling completely deflated. My regular hairdresser was on maternity leave, and I had recently started the grey-blending process. She recommended another stylist, but she was booked solid for over a month. I ended up going to someone else who assured me they could help. Unfortunately, they severely damaged my hair, and the highlights were incredibly uneven. Mackenzie, took the time to do a thorough consultation and came up with a plan that we agreed on together. I was so impressed with both her honesty and expertise. My hair looks great ! We’ll definitely be going back to see her!

I’ve gone to Ash & Lash at least 5 times now and waited a while to make sure my opinion was solid before I shared it. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The team is so sweet, and genuinely care about their customers. I love the vibe, and as a woman of colour and someone who loves to support local WOC-owned business, I was so happy to find this gem in Brooklin! Let me start by saying that the salon is so pretty and feels very exclusive! I’m definitely going to be recommending! I went in for my first ever appointment at Marlene’s not really knowing what to expect but wow I am so happy with how my hair turned out!
