I decided to visit Crimson due to their videos on KelownaNow. I wasn't disappointed. I have curly hair, and Paris made sure I understood how different cutting methods would affect my cut and style. I am very pleased with the results, and will return for some coloring magic soon.

Victoria does a marvelous job with my hair, washing, trimming and drying. It's such a treat to go there and not have smells of colour. So grateful they are in Kelowna!

Naomi is wonderful. I was just visiting town for a week and desperately needed a cut. Not only did I get a fast appointment, but Naomi gave me a GREAT cut. She listened to everything I requested and did it perfectly. I wish I lived in Kelowna so that I could make her my regular stylist. Thank you Naomi!

Excellent haircut, lovely atmosphere, and they use amazing smelling hair products. I also find the value is excellent, especially in otherwise overpriced Kelowna.

Excellent cut and root touch up. My first time trying this salon. I’ve been to many different stylists in Kelowna and I rate Jess and Ludo at the top. They are well educated in their trade and also very passionate about their work. I highly recommend them! 🤗

What a great place. Ive been to so many so called high end salons in kelowna. So many are locally trained, never been anywhere els3, think they are the best ... when in fact they are NOT good. Yet at crimson , salon full of highly educated high trained stylists with zero ZERO ego. I finally have colored hair with no damage. Actually im grey blending, I've tried 4 times to grey blending at other salons but they had no clue what they were doing. I book with Roxy. What a relief she is ! My hair is healthy and gets compliments a few times a week. Us girls know, a hair compliment changes our day !

Always my first stop in Kelowna. I like that I can go see her with a specific request and she will be honest about how my hair would do, or if I feel indecisive I can give her creative freedom and I always leave feeling confident. On top of being an amazing hair stylist, Kris is also just an fantastic human!

Wow! I came across Tara at Crimson and what a find! Totally ‘got’ me from a previous 20 minute consultation. I had various experiences since moving to Kelowna 5 years ago. A few awful. Mostly just OK. Tara gave me a full set of foils, toner, and cut. I wanted and got ice ice baby. Feel like a million bucks. I floated out the salon. Thank you Tara! You are incredibly talented and your salon vibe so relaxed. Shout out to Alesha - wonderful front of house. So knowledgable and super fun! This salon fully deserves the awards and recognition it has achieved. 100%

Kris is an amazing colorist. Her attention to detail, techniques and hair care were fantastic. My hair looks and feels healthier now than before my color correction. Her ability to trim my damaged ends prior to coloring has truly given my hair health and shine that it hasn't had in years. So thankful!

I was completely blown out when Lorien absolutely nailed the colour style I been waiting to have for a long time especially since I came with a few weeks freshly jet black dye due to a screw up at my appointment with the stylist I been seeing. I started to realize I really wasn’t satisfied with my hair now & wasn’t feeling like myself! Lorien brought that feeling back & I finally have the colour style I been wanting 😍I also had fun & really enjoyed our conversations that we had☺️I’m so excited to hopefully have her as my stylist from now on!!!🥰🫶❤️

I am a senior who has had my hair coloured for may years, and has decided it is time to transition my hair to my natural colour (now grey). Jessica is working to make that happen as seamlessly as possible for me. Her colouring expertise is incredible and I am left feeling like she really cares that I look my best during the transition and afterward. Ludo is an expert with the scissors and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend this team and after watching them training and passing their experience on to their junior stylists, I’m sure you would be happy with any stylist here.

I have had issues with stylists cutting my hair. I have long thick hair and everytime I get it cut stylists end up cutting too much off or thinning it. After my first appt with NJ I was amazed. He listened to what I wanted and I came out with an incredible haircut. I have tried many salons in kelowna, NJ is far above the rest. Thank you NJ

Ludovic and Jess are fabulous with cutting and my colour .ive just moved to Kelowna and am so glad to have found them at Opus Sakon on Ellis in Kelowna .
