Excellent service! I booked in for my roots to get colored with a haircut. I was really happy with the dye they used because there was hardly any odor or fumes. Saemi gives the best hair wash as she gently incorporates a head massage whilst washing my hair. I think I dozed off a few times while she gave me a haircut 😊 it was so relaxing. I really loved my hair cut and how she styled my hair. I definitely recommend

​I had an amazing first visit! I only booked a 1-hour cut, but Jeremy offered to also fix my very damaged hair and awkward regrowth on the spot and get it back to my natural colour. He did an awesome job, it looks so much better. Thanks so much!!

Just flew into Melbourne 3 days ago and tried Indie for the 1st time. Already had my Re-growth done interstate elsewhere but badly needed a colour lift. Can’t describe how satisfied I was with the result. Not only did I get the right result upfront, but Georgia was also accomodating and professional in her approach. Visited Adiva Nails, Lashes & Beauty at Burwood One on 28/3/26 at 11:45am for a pedicure. The service was really relaxing and reasonably priced. Doris Tran did an excellent job, and her customer service was fantastic. What stood out most was the professionalism I noticed they only spoke English in front of customers, even when someone tried speaking Mandarin. It showed respect and inclusivity.

I love this salon! The white interior is very elegant and calming for me. The service is warm, with tea and biscuits offered. Saemi, the hairstylist is very accommodating and attentive to my needs. Today, I had highlights done to blend with the grey hair growing at my roots—and the result looks fantastic! Highly recommended!
