I’ve been a regular customer for a little while now & today I saw Krystal for the first time & told her of my recent ‘bad colour’ experience at another Salon. That other Salon had said they could match my regular pinky-magenta colour but the result was way too dark & very different & I’d been very unhappy since that visit. Today Krystal started a plan to remove as much colour as possible without damaging my hair, then after the necessary sessions will colour it with better matched colours. After even one session I’m super happy with how much better the colour looks & very grateful to Krystal.

Iv been coming to this shop for about a year now and have always been happy with the work this was my first time getting the brow lamination done so I was a little anxious prior, but love the result, and love the shape. Finally found a forever salon! Skylah is so patient and understanding, and through her professional guidance and knowledge she’s achieved the colour I dreamed of! She thoroughly explained processes and timelines that took the health of my hair into consideration to allow me to be able keep my length also. Zero faults every time.

I visited SBM for the first time and was really happy with the experience. The salon is lovely and modern inside. Makalah was so helpful and knowledgable. I loved my colour and styling! Will certainly be booking again soon!

I had low expectations because my hair was a hot mess. I let Komalpreet do her thing and took her advice, it turned out better than what I was expecting - it's like she read my mind and delivered the colour I have been trying to achieve. Will entrust her with my hair forever!

We tried something new with my cooper colour , didn’t turn out the way we all wanted so the girls worked their magic to get the correct colour achievement we were all after and I am so happy that they were able to work together and get the best results in the end !!! I absolutely love how the lady did my eyelash lift and eyebrows — I forgot to ask her name 😍 She was so gentle, her hands smelled amazing, and the whole experience felt so relaxing. Nothing felt heavy or uncomfortable at all. Highly recommend!
