This was my first time visiting cloud spa, and I’m so glad I did! The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. The atmosphere is peaceful and beautifully designed — you immediately feel taken care of. A special thank you to the lovely Rachel who did my hair — she was not only talented but also so kind, cute, and gentle. She made me feel completely comfortable and left my hair looking amazing! Pedicure as good as always with Sarah. Additionally the 30min back massage was incredible! I have to say I am not a big fan of massages in beauty salons but the ambiance of this room matches some of the 5* hotels I had used in the past! Room is large, perfect lighting and music and you cannot hear other clients who came for nail/hair. A real treat for a great price!
