so I did the tint and lash lifting, it was my first time--for me, she was a little too rough at first... maybe bc I'm a very "sensitive" girly. I also noticed she didn't wash her hands before getting started with me but overall she did her best to make me feel comfortable and she tried her best to do my lashes to my satisfaction. alas, her services were very much appreciated and considered.

She explained everything she was doing step by step and took the time to help me choose the lash shape that works best for me. The salon was spotless, organized, cozy, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Kendra was also so easy to talk to and kept great conversation throughout the appointment, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
