A great first time visiting, Ellie was absolutely lovely and put me right at ease. They were so diligent with my nut allergy and so friendly over the phone when I queried regarding this. First time at Chill Beauty and I will definitely be back! Booked for facial with Hannah and she was amazing. Made me feel at ease, talked me through procedure as it was new to me and answered any questions I had. Best ever neck and shoulder massage while face mask was on. Left feeling fantastic! Nell was lovely & polite from the first moment. The back massage was perfect with the right pressure around my tight shoulders & neck. During my lash & eyebrow tint, Nell asked throughout if I was ok & if I had any discomfort with the dye. Really good experience throughout. Thank you
